Will the trichs continue to cloud after cutting?

So if i pull my plants and the trichs are about 10 percent cloudy, will they continue to cloud up as they hang to dry? I am really stressing about the timing of this and have pulled a couple of branches down to dry and test with mostly clear trichs. I figure if I pull them out now at a ten precent cloudy to clear ratio and they cloud up even more during drying, I should be golden...

Any help is welcome.

i have heard differently. i have heard they can change get darker as they cure. id wait to hear more responses before you let 1 answer guide you.

In my experience yes, but it will take some time. Last year I harvested a little too soon with about 50% clear trichs. I just trimmed, dried, and cured the bud as I normally would and eventually the trichs clouded out to a good 75-80% after a month of being in the jars.

sorry the plant is still alive until its done wilting
YES the plant may still be alive, but when you cut the stalk you cut the life source sort of speak, the only energy its receiving thereafter is from the cut off stalk, pistols, and any leaf matter. Trichs degrade as soon as you do a fatality on the plant just like Dizzle Frost mentioned. Of course trichs DO become more concentrated but they don't change color just concentrate.
