The first bulb has a color spectrum which is a little low for blue light (correct me if i'm wrong here). There still isnt enough light intensity to really fuel nice bud production in the plants. personally i think you need at least 100W per plant or so of CFL. Plus you will need other bulbs for flowering. you may be able to away with those things going up to about a foot on those bulbs

only growing one plant maybe 2 next time.

so i need 100w in cfl wattage not equivelent wattage?

I would say go out and get yourself a couple of 42W CFLs from your local store. the higher the spectrum the better for veg
