as long as the stem stays up she`ll be fine,if the stem bends it means the cells are dead/broken can`t support life

Doesn't look like they were lacking water it looks like damping off disease to me actually so they might have had too much water.
damping off attacks at the soil line and the plant will just fall over at the dirt.

thats heat damage. they got roasted.

My thoughts exactly. And also why it looks slightly and misleadingly better at the top now, the husk protected that part a little against the heat.

only reason why I told her to was because I had to go away for 3 days and they just couldn't last on their own, again I apologize for double posting but I have some good news ( I think ) im not letting her tend my plants again and is this a sign of life? o_O ? I know the other one is dead..
you know seedlings can go 3 days without water right?

Nice effort on the save bro! I know those beans are special to you but seriously to cut your losses small and start new would prol b a better bet. I'm sure it's not what u want to hear but I think the vote is in. Plus if you pop new ones they'll pass those up in a week or so if ya keep in check. It's all part of the game man, may only the strong survive.

Good luck brutha

I've had a lot of seedlings succumb to damping off recently and some of them looked exactly like his pics. Mine where in rockwool cubes and a single cfl was sitting a foot and a half above them so I doubt they were over-heated.
