Will these lights work an how to keep bugs away (outdoors)

I got 2 6500k cfl's , 1 Gro-Lux floro , and one random aquarium light

im just woundering if that would be enuff light to get a decent grow , nothin hardcore as its only for personal use , but i would like a decent yeild , money's real tight so im just using what i got for now , im only using them till the plants get big enuff to go outside and withstand the weather , and i was also woundering if anyone would possibly know somthing that i could do to get rid of bugs an critters from eating my plants when i move them outside , i had 6 seedlings that sprouted get eatin up , i was talkin to my mother about it and she said to mix some dish soap and water and then spray it around the plants (not on them or in there soil) just around them cuz she said bugs hate it or some shit lmao , but any info on that would be awsome ,just remember im on an extremely low budget so spending money on bug an rodent killers isent really an option , not to sound rude or anything , theres just gotta be somthin i can mix up at home without hurting the plants lol , thanks for any feedback you guys have!

Ha i use 2cfls and a aquarium light too n my shit grows jus fine but im no expert you might wanna add some more light but who am i to tlk

lol , everything seems to be fine but the only problem im having is everything is pretty much crammed in my grow box and i cant get the lights close enuff to the bulbs and is cousing streching , just a a little bump ive been stuck on for a few days now... kinda sucks , dident think when i was building the grow box

yea it will work but dont epect to much
