I have had my plants in way worse condition, you need to answer some questions and the pics are really blurry, so the answer is yes they are not so far gone as to not be able to save em...as to what the problem is???

How old are they

what medium are you using

what nutes are you using

whats your feeding and watering schedule

what size pots

what type of lighting and how much

do you have proper ventalation?

i dont know the age of them, the guy i got them from got them from someone else and he didn't ask (idiot),same for the medium, I am using some Canna Terra Vega that he was given with the plants, feed mixed with water and given once a day fine spray on plants, and just water in pot. They are in 8" pots, I have 1 x 125 cfl blue ecolight (6500k) 4 x 18 w daylight cfl (6500k) 2 x 5' 58w flourescent (upright in back corners) (2700k), have an inlet fan in base and an outlet fan at top of door and a fan blowing across the plants.
Yeah it does look that way lol but am just hoping i can pull these back to a half decent plant.
Am looking at getting a 400w sunmaster dual spectrum lamp i have seen on fleabay lol.

like i said im no pot doc...but ive put my plants in a much worse position and revived them...i dont think you need to spray everyday...whats your lighting cycle set at?......you can also take a look at the roots and make sure their healthy and do a sweep of the leaves for pest...they typically hide on the underside of the leaves if they are there, can you post some clearer pics

Have checked the roots and they look nice and healthy, lights are on an 18/6 cycle as that seems to be the most popular, no pests found on the underside of leaves. Will try and get some clearer pics and post them.
Welshsmoker how far back do I cut them?
