First of all, it's the wrong color temp. 3000k is what you need. It makes a huge difference. Secondly, that's a very weak bulb and could MAYBE flower a 8"x8" area.

Yeah it will in veg, you want to add a couple of warm white 2700k 20w bulbs in flower.
Going to have to be small though.

Probably smaller.
Plants grow like bonsais under cfl though.
A few eb strips would be far better ey.

Hey guys yh I was thinking to get a few 2700k cfls
And I am doing a challenge on the smallest space I can grow in I usually grow outside but it is too cold in england rn and it's just a fun experiment
