will this be enough

ok soon i am going to have 6-8 flowering gilrs which i am very excited for

my mian concern is odor i will do what ever it takes to insure that there is no smell what so ever.

my main question is will the htgsupply 4 inch inline carbon filter combo be enough to control the odor of 6-8 medium sized flowered plants

i dont want any smell what so ever
do these carbon filters do the trick.

if anyone has personal experiance it would be greatly wanted

yea man carbon filters are the ninth wonder of the world when your living in apartment style housing I think your looking at the same 4'' package I have in my veg from htg, if thats the case its a good buy

yes they work. O do they work!. What size is your carbon filter and how many cfm is the fan and what are the rooms dimensions?

I don't have a lot of experience but. I think the size of filter and fan depends more on the size of your room than what you have in it. You need to figure the cubic feet of your room (width x length x height). From I've seen you need a fan\filter combo that will change the air in your room 3 times in 10 min.

I have 10 plants in flower in a small grow box. They really stink up the place but the HTG 4" fan and filter combo has been working really well for me and there's no noticeable odor as long as I keep the fan running. I had a bit of a time getting it set up, filter has some weight to it and I wound up using multiple bungees to hang it in my box. Weed growers are a creative bunch so you'll have no problem.

well if you didnt buy the carbon set yet then first measure the size of the room your growing int then pick one that will go with that size. for its not how many plants you have but about the size of the room. my carbon filter works great no smell which i stll cant beileve. good luck

yes i do plant on buying the htgsupply combo i like how is only about 135 after shipping for apparently no odor problems

Works great for me. The HTG is 170 cfm for the 4" set up. My box 2 X 4 X 6 is around 50 cu ft (round numbers) so that set up exchanges my air 3 times a minute which is good for the plants too. I was really worried about smell - telling visitors I raise skunks in the basement or something - use the fan/filter set up - correct cfm for your space - and you'll be happy and no need for feminin hygene spray for your ladies!
