Will this be ok? cfl/MH wwxbb

So I have 4 white widow x big bud germing right now. I'm going to put them in peat pellets to start with under 4 26watt CFLS in my closet.
Then I'm going to switch 3 of them after they get about 1 ft tall and leave one in there to be the mother plant.
Then after they get to be about 1ft tall, I'm going to move them into my current grow room with 4 other plants They will be a couple weeks from veg by then..
And that room is 6x6 600watt MH with 2 46watt cfls on each side for xtra light..

Does everything sound like it will work?

One more quick question.. How do I take them out of the plastic cups for transplanting? Do I cut the cup or...?

1. sounds fine.
2. wait till it needs to be watered then get your transplant pot all ready. then tip the cup upside down with one hand over the top of the cup to grab the rootball when it slides down, then push gently on the bottom of the cup to help completely dislodge it.
