I heard the color of the light helps the flowering process. Will putting red shirt over my LEDs work?
Will this help my plant flower?

No. You can't generate red spectrum light like that. It's the wavelength of the light that matters.

Yes, you can change the spectrum with the shirt. But its not necessary to have a red spectrum, white LED's are the norm. Your also blocking/absorbing a ton of light by putting anything in front of the light.
Red does help in flower but its a balance. All red/blurples is not the way to go. And if you have to block a bunch of usable wavelengths to get only red then its going to be less efficient and have a lower yield.
