Will this light setup work?

I am currently working with a fluorescent light and I believe a Cfl light. Im fairly new to growing and I want to know if this lighting setup will work. The seeds are sprouting and look alright. One sprout is yellow but i u covered the soil from it, so hopefully it will produce chlorophyll and green. Also, I'm using jiffy organic seed starting mix. Just poured it from the bag and have been watering around the base of the plants with a tiny bit of water a couple times per day.

get the mix wet once and let it ride til its nearly dry, unless you see wilting, keeping the medium constantly wet will cause trouble. Those lights will be fine for seedlings most likely but plan to spend money on light for flower

So what should I use? Because everyone who came to see my setup in real life said it was perfect

Depends on the size of area you want to cover. With cfl you could grow some plants but you need 50w per square foot or there abouts. If your growing all those plants to a good size then forget about cfl and go with something which kicks out more intense light.

I assume you are in a legal state, yes? If not you must be out of your mind showing people your "grow".

Your "system" will work for seedlings, but not that much more. You will need at least 4 32w CLF for veg, and more for bloom.
Buy a 200w LED from Amazon, or build your own, but you will need a lot more than that. Good luck, and read all you can here on this site, you need it.
