Will velcro hold my walls up?

Me and my buddy are building a pair of grow boxes. We just finished the frame, which was made from 2x2s now for the walls we are going to get a couple of sheets of real thin wood (i forgot what it's called) but it's about 1/8th of an inch thick and flimsy, It reminds me of what you would put on the back of an entertainment center or something. Do you think that velcro would hold these panels up?
What is that gonna do for my smell situation too?
Thanks

Velcro will probably fail to hold your walls up.

If you already have a frame built why wouldnt you just nail it to the frame and make yourself a door into the frame, or even use panda film stapled to the frame and use velcro as a door opening section.

Brother, I suspect that what you are talking about is "luan" plywood and velcro may hold that up but I doubt it. I agree with jondmon, I use panda film and staple it to the frame. It's already white on the inside, you can wash it easy as well. I do use velcro for the door flaps and it works just fine. If you are set on the luan I would use small brads to attach it to the frame. Better safe than sorry. Good luck with whatever you land on!

Well i am gonna hold all of the walls up with nails only one will be held up with velcro so that I can get in and out of the box.
What is panda film. We were going to get mylar anyway.
