Wilting leaves on bottom. Perky on top

I've got leaves wilting on the bottom quarter but the top half are still growing towards the light. 3 plants in a somewhat cramped tent. 3rd week of flowering. Are they focusing on flowering the top? Sucking energy from the bottom. Still very green.

Are the bottoms getting much light? Pics?

in a cramped grow space most the time the bottoms are junk and food for the plant

most people lollipop the lowers as it normally don't produce good bud but im starting to question this as recently i stopped lollipopping my plants and i have noticed they grow allot better with the extra stored food in the lower leaves and small tops

It's just the plants being cramped thats causing the bottoms to not get any light. Watch out for mold and mildew, have plenty of air movement. You should probably clean up the bottoms and do a little lollipop job.
