3 ton mini split will be perfect. But I'd go 4 ton if you were gonna add more lights in the future.
I was talking to an HVAC expert and they said for grow rooms you range between an ACTUAL BTU per light of between 4-6k. This accounts typically for other things such as ballasts, dehu, etc... he said I would be looking at around 36000 BTU (3ton) unit to get the job done. Are you saying that is a terrible recommendation or are you saying split it up into like 2 18000 BTU mini splits? Can't you just get multi-zone instead?All A/c has dehumidifying capabilities except a swamp cooler

You have so much invested you need a couple mini-splits with remote evaporater coils probably two for each
