Took 12 days for the mistake to be rectified but thanks to diligence on my lawyers part my house arrest was reinstated and now I have a pending lawsuit against the county sheriff's for their mistake.
I will update with pics in a little while, my gf did a great job keeping them alive considering the little knowledge she has. Going to be up potting today or tomorrow.

It was the worst feeling in the world being in there for 12 days for a mistake that they made.
The threat of an obvious lawsuit will move mountains lol

Hopefully time is significantly shortened for their fuck up.

I bet it was scary. I never been but I know I wouldn't make it. Well I would but it would be tough. I'm loaded with tattoos and am bald naturally so I shave my head, you could only imagine the love I'd get in there.

Also good to know ms. Windy can handle the garden for u. That's always a big weight off the shoulders imo.

I kind of figured you must have been detained. I hadn't seen you around for a little while.

I've been to the penitentiary twice. Ive always been willing to accept responsibility for my actions and once I went it really wasn't as bad as I'd heard. I'm also not one to sit on my ass so time flew. Hardest part now is being away from my kids. My daughter is old enough to understand so I explained to her the situation and all she wants is for me to not go back after this. I love her, so thats a promise I'm willing to keep.
Those minor 12 days inside for their mistake was inconvenient but I hung in there. Unfortunately it won't affect the outcome of my pending case that I'm on house arrest for. I will most likely have to do time but to get out to my kids and gf and mom, move to a legal state, and get back to my riu fam , it'll be worth it.
And Ms Windy is one in a million, shes now beginning to take learning the trade alot more seriously so I love her even more for it

Thanks a lot Bakersfield for the kind words. Glad to be back. This place is a great outlet for my thoughts as well as being able to learn more and grow as a person.

You nailed it! Might have to get the Ms to join the riu fam so she can get the hang of it in case something does happen. A select few knew my predicament but I just didn't want to communicate from the phones in there about my plants or the forum. Shes very street smart

Yeah man, it was an ordeal to say the least.
Looking back at when I started this thread, things were a little wild. Seems lately this thread is really living up to its name.

When I "ignore" someone, does it stop them from seeing my posts as well?.
Someone has been starting to post in the boards and he is a genuine piece of shit, The reason I have nothing at all to show for all the hard work me and my gf did over the summer. He's also using plants I left for him. Lol
