Winged intruder spoted and executed!

I found this guy on my plant he wasn't doing much from what i saw but i knocked him off an squashed him. Is this bad, could this turn in to something bad, or was he just going after my lights and resting on my plant? Got any info?

Did a quick scan through the pests section of my book and didn't see an exact match. I wish your pic was a tad less blurry.

At any rate, I'd just keep a very close eye and if more pop up you may have something to worry about. A single bug getting in, depending where your plant is (how secure windows are etc.) may not be uncommon.

you are a nub i did my own rearserch and concluded that it was a Gnat. It was here because of high lveevls of nitrogen, or over watering of medieum. Cannabis Pests Molds and Mildew

Well, I have to disagree with you. I followed your link, the antenae are different, and so is the body structure.
