Winter Outdoor

well, seeing as someone stole my last plant i'm kinda low on weed. i have about 20 bagseeds and i'm thinking about an off-season grow. They'd be in pots but i don't have a greenhouse on my property, i'm thinking about building one now though. has anyone had any experience with a autumn/winter grow and if so, how'd it turn out? our temps don't drop below 13C during the day and about 4 during the night in mid winter.

P.S. for those who are confused, i live in the southern hemisphere.

there is this guy in my town who has this sick ass greenhouse that can get up to like 85F in the middle of winter and im from maine where winters can gat prety damn cold. but wouldn't the light cycles make it go into flowering right from the start?

nah flower right from the start. i've seen guys get abut 1/8th to 1/4 perplant and i have lots of shitty bagseeds so i think i'll just do it and see how it turns out.
cheers guys

hey 420chaz

im also quite interested in doin this aswell but thought that the fact that the plants would flower from seed, the rain, cold and cloud coverage with weaker intesity sunlight, would make for pretty shitty plants/bud. a greenhouse could solve some of these problems. but i guess if ur mate has done it and got a yield then why the fuk not, i might give it a shot aswell seeing i have a ton of bagseeds.

however, i just recently took some fresh clones, and dropped them outside, and they arnt looking very good at all...

i think from seeds it would be worse...

but im keen to find a way

I know it can be done i have a friend lives in perth who use to only grow in the autum/winter and he grew some nice girls.

didnt get real big but nice buds.

he told me you have to have the plants in the ground on the first of may.
(i have tried numerous times and failed)

might have to track him down and ask a few questions..

im in on this one too!

and if u could get hold of your mate from perth and get as much info as possible would be realy good, im from perth, and hearing that its being done in my location if very nice to hear. i thought my growing season was pretty much wrapped up, was about to put all my nutes away till next year but this might keep em out a little longer.

im gona get some seeds going indoors today or tomorow, and veg em 24/0 and sex em somehow.... wish i kept some fukin clones vegging now!!

winter guerilla is definetly my next growing port of call, indoors aint an option right now

lets keep this topic going!

peace

well my friend is coming down and going to stay here for the winter,
so this could be very educational.

so we need to get seedlings going and grow indoors till the first of may.

more as i get it..

im from aus as well, and in many areas the temps arent the prob in winter. But iv read on here somewhere that they just grow to like 4th set and then they go straight to flower?

so maybe if you had heaps of small plants it would work ok
