hmm. you dont like vacuuming the oil mix to finalize it? I just had mine sit in front of a fan at 110F for 4 or so hours, it still needs more. I find the vacuum is the best bet as im scared to bring it above 110F or so...even though its at a vacuum at 110F now.
think the evapped everclear could ever be enough to cause an explosion?
heres some pics of this run
oz and 1 can... ive never ran that little butane!!! 2nd can in a 2nd dish and the result was very very small.. interesting. I could have gotten away wih 3/4 of a can for an oz. wow. I never would have thought!!! I was taught to run a half oz with 3 cans back when I was young... crazy. bud sucked, and 1/4 of the bag was crumbs. the yield was 5 grams of oil. lost .2g in the winterizaion process. the final weigh it going to be around 4.5g winterized from 28 grams. froze for 12 hours
butane:
heres a dish that I used last time.. it sat for 2 weeks and the everclear evapped naturally... leaving behind quite a bit of oil.. ill catch it in the next run I guess.
lets see a filter shot guzias! (hint... I take mine in the closet hehe. a nice dark spot, 100% of the light is from the flash.. weird how its able to focus in the pitch black, then do the final focusing during the split second of the flash)
after 4 hours at 110F with a fan, that skin is bad... means there is still a ton of everclear in it still.
paper is 1.00 gram, after winterization, but before the final vacuum which will pull some weight out.
soo, this winterized stuff isnt like BHO. you cant stick it together and pull apart quickly.. how the hell do I get it in the center?? im plan on freezing it, which makes it shatter. and ill just bust it off and pile back in the center
