i'm down to getting the last few things i need for my first diy build. which is better stranded or solid core wire? i know i have some solid core speaker wire but don't know if it is heavy enough it is 18 ga. i believe. last few months have been rough so my lights had to take the back burner. thanks in advance and thanks for the great info in the section. peace

Solid 18ga is fine it can carry up to 9a

hey. HD has residential wire, Brand Romex, Its 14/2. This wire fit in my ideal holders for my crees. @CobKits said this doesn't fit in the citi holders. You didn't specify what chip youre using.
