Wiring a 2nd outlet to existing breaker circuit/fuse ??? Need electrician advice

Most laundry receptacles are rated 30 amp. And sure you could unplug it. But wouldent you need to run another wire? You said when you leave just unplug then put the other one back.?

Dude, please be careful....
If you go look at an outlet, normally it has two brass screws, for 'HOT' [black-brass]
Two silver screws for neutral white wires [white-silver]
One Green screw for ground ...
If you need to ask how to hook up an outlet, then I would advise against you doing a re-wiring in your apartment....
Don't die, just pull out you GD breaker and unhook wires then re hook new wires there. Just learn to do without GD....
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!

I appreciate the concern but I will do it regardless. However, I'm not just going to wing it, which is the reason for my extensive questions here. I have plenty of experience with car electrical systems so I'm not a complete blank slate either. I will not be doing anything until I'm sure of how to do it. And I'm 90% sure I know what's going on after a solid 6 hours of reading and watching videos. Gotta start somewhere.

Well i have my 14 gauge wire (ground, nuetral and power) along with a new 15 amp outlet. I have fed the wire through the wall down to the circuit breaker box and successfully connected the wires to the outlet.

I'm currently stuck on removing the Garbage disposal wires from the fuse box... I haven't touched the GD's nuetral or ground wires yet. I'm just trying to remove the power wire from the breaker, but the screw holding the wire doesn't want to move.. Is there a type of screw that requires a special tool or method to remove when working with these breakers? I should add the breaker is still connected to the box, I did turn the breaker off obviously... Anyways, I feel like I gave a good amount of force to remove this screw but the thing didn't budge. Any ideas or tips?

UPDATE: I just got that damn screw off.. There was nothing special with it other than just being screwed on well. I have the breaker in and the outlet in with everything wired in. I turned it on and so far so good.. I haven't tried to hook my 600w up to it yet, but I will be doing that here in the next hour or so... Hopefully everything goes well.. Thanks for the help everyone! Especially you SnapsProvolone, you gave me some good advice and I probably would have killed myself if it weren't for that.
