Wisconsin Outdoor Attempt

I think they were a little deficient in Nitrogen. I read a bunch last night, and the description, it was spot on. I just returned from out there, and after the dose of nutes on my last visit they have greened up a bit.

Lately I did let the babies go a bit longer than I would have liked, and that is when the yellowing happened.

I was kind of worried about making a trail, I can still see some trails from previos visits.

Now I need some deer protection. They are in my area, bad, all over. I don't wanna wait a day.

Mine are not even close to done but soon enough the deer are going to find them.

Wait a few days, I'll show some representation.

I clipped a branch and tested. I forgot which way my faucets worked in the shower, even after 5 yrs here.

Shit.....
An early chop is in my future. I was out there this morning and I heard some movement pretty close to me, so I ducked into some briars and waited 30-40 minutes until all quiet. When I returned to my vehicle, there was another parked pretty close so I hung out and waited to see who came out.

The guy that came out was too anxious to ask me if I was hunting here this year. This is a no hunting area and when I told him so, he claimed there was a special lottery for bucks here this year.
( yeah right, jackpot!) Found some plants and gonna steal them, for the money.

Anyway, I waited until he left, and walked down to the area he came from. The trail led to 3 plants, right up to the plants and around them. So he found 3 of 40-45. He didn't clip any, and they are still 3 weeks from finishing.

I was going to cut them early but now I am thinking I might just let him take them, hoping he thinks he got all of them. I have not lost a single plant this year, so I figure it's time I did. When I planted them I planted way too many for just this reason. Any ideas on stopping this asshole? Should I chop and have a go at making bubble hash or something, or let him take them?

Oh, I got his plate number and there was nothing suspicious about him that made me think of DNR or police, but would there have been something I might have missed? He was wearing hip waders, and regular clothing, about 30ish.

man, that sucks. i think cutting them early might be your best bet. if he takes the 3, he's going to look for more. if he sees them chopped, he's likely to assume you chopped all of them early.

are you sure he is going to steal them and not go notify a cop though? he could have your plates too. not to hit you with them negative waves, but i'd be pretty careful about going back there.

holy shit, I went back, and nervous as hell.

I am going to let them go for now. I did a bit of LST and suppercropping to maybe hide the plants not spotted. I walked near enough to spot the three he saw, but I didn't get too close. The next time I go I might just start chopping everything as I can each trip. I think next week or two.

But I did bring home a branch, one that probably fell 4-5 days ago. Now after a few more days it has become smokeable, but not cured at all yet. I spent the entire summer not smoking except about 5 times, and this shit has me lit.
I have 111 grams dried from the branch with a small top. Was not ready, at all. Pics to follow.

I had some plants I never fertilized or watered just used native soil with a little perlite, damn, I never went to see them, and when I saw them the past few days ago, they are several feet taller and bushier than the plants I tended to all summer.
I surely know what kind of soil I am planting in next year. Screw hauling in soil, only a few amendments. I did plant them outside when they were 18" tall or 8" for some.

I am trying to research next years plans for genetics.

Yeah, for real. I cannot tell you how I have thought about this shit. Had me sketched for awhile.

The way i see it is I have many other plots, this area contains 6 plants. I've got many more than 6, that have not been spotted.

I've revised my escape plan after harvest to make sure everything goes well.

Ok, I went to check on the ladies last Thursday, I think.

I ended up harvesting everything in the general area, around ten plants. I saw the same guy again, leaving the area. So I chopped it right then.

Most of it was a week or so early, but I have trimmed and mostly ready to begin curing. I have not weighed anything, but these ten have filled 55 mason jars.
Plus I have so much trim.......

Pics when I can, I just moved a week ago, and have yet to find my cord from camera to computer. And I am right in the middle of harvesting more plants over the next few days. I need to hire help.

I quick dried some and it tastes wonderful, gets me really high, but since proper curing and drying haven't been done, it tastes harsh.

Thanks to RIU, this season, my first has already been a huge success. I have learned so much from here.

Tristy,

I will be ordering the Kaya Gold for next year, from your grow.

So far my biggest and best yielder from Nirvana has been between ak48 or Master Kush.
