I want to come up with a concoction of over the counter supplements to feel awesome and overall performance enhancement. In the gym, in the class room, in the bed room... you get the idea...

I have taken a full serving of each and I feel like roaring from a mountain top.

Yohimbe bark
Yerbe Mate
Tribulus Terrestris
Kratom
Boron Citrate
Guarna
Caffeine
L-arginine
Horny Goat Weed



What would you add to this "brew"?

I appreciate any thoughts, questions, comments, anything helpful.

With your help, we're working toward accurate measurements, but for now just a rough idea is good.

Suggested Supplements; Maca Root, Ma Haung

Just be careful mixing that many supplements bud.

Oh for sure, I want to feel good. Maca root is actually in one of the tablets I took. I need to look into it, I have a shaving cream set made from maca root and I believe it's in my Nutribullet energy powder aswell. I don't know much about it.

A word of caution for anyone unfamiliar with Yohimbe bark. It's strong and lasts a long time, use sparingly. I would say it's the one of the strongest herbs, right up there with Ma haung. Sick! I just gave myself a suggestion! Throw some " Yellow Hemp" in that bitch! I don't think you can make meth without Ma haung alkaloids. Jus' food for thought
