The plant has turned hermie, from the picture it looks like you could have a potassium deficiency and the shiny dark green leaf is too much nitrogen.
It is possible that a excess amount of nitrogen has caused other nutes to lock out causing the burnt leaf tip with slight burning on the edge of the leaf.
The sacks could be caused by this stress or it could just be genetics.
If the sack bursts the plant will self pollenate and instead of producing trichomes (crystals) it will focus on seed production in the effected sites which will most likely effect overall yeild and quality.
A few people have claimed to have had some amazing hermied weed with the guess that the plant produces more trichomes to protect the seeds but from my experience / research it is just not worth the risk whwn the odds are against you.
If thoes pollen sacks open they can easily effect your other plants to produce seeds, if you dont mind the risk and do not want to pull even that one plant then you will still have perfectly smokable bud.
For me tho, i would throw that one away or move it to another room, was down the tent and hope the others havent got seeds.
If you want to keep it (if you are in coco) flush with quater strengh nutes and then try half strengh on your next feed to see how she goes
