Wondering why my plants buds are not getting any bigger after the 7th nearly 8th week into flowering

Those have atleast a month to go. You are overreacting about the timeline (ignore what breeders say, your plant will be done when it is done) and budsize and have larger concerns with possible budrot. How is your air circulation, humidity and temps in that tent.
hello dank bongula thanks a million for your intrest in my issues with my plants as its my very first time growing the phottoperiods plants and well i,m just not 100% sure if they are going to get much bigger
The last picture clearly shows that those have at least 5 weeks left. Anyway your biggest concern should be that botrytis or mold taking over your buds. You might have a hard times to finish them…
Pleas help me to get rid of this completely as i have had to cut out a small bit every day somewhere on some of the three of my plants and i so badly need these to finish for me as they are my medicine for my cancer pain. And i dont want to be taking and getting hooked to that crazy morphine as thats what my doctors have asked me to try you know it really seems crazy something as simple as weed once its a real good high in thc and cbd strain is able to keep my pain and discomfort in check only i am having a hard time getting it finished because of coming across this budrot and moldeven thought they are in small quantities but they are very worrying at this time so please tell me how i can prevent from getting any further as i would be forever grateful to you. Thank you

Number 1 cause of bud rot is high humidity. I try to maintain 55% in flower and I never have problems with it inside. Genetics is real important too, some strains are pretty good in humidity, but almost any big thick bud is going to be vulnerable if it’s humid. I cut the bad pieces out and let the rest of the bud keep going personally, maybe not the best idea if you have a compromised immune system though. Bud rot can be a lot less destructive if you catch it early. The little fan leaves on the bud will get real twisty and burnt looking for a day, maybe two before it gets into that section of the bud. It’s really good if you can catch it then, because it’ll only be a few days more and it’ll be into the main stalk and any bud that’s above that point will have to be cut off with the rot.

I don't know why you are so concerned with shit like that when you have bud rot, but carry on.

You're looking at the trichomes of the sugar leaves. Look at the trichomes on buds instead and report back what color they are.
Yes they are all very white milky and with maybe one or two light amber but only if i look hard enough for them so seen as they are all really snow white how long do you think it will take before i see at least 25
Welcome to RIU.

I can't clearly see details on the flowers in the pictures, but from what I can see, it looks like they have a long way to go.

What is the strain? What grow media, nutrients, feed/water sched, ppm/ec, pH, temps, RH, light specs/distance? More info is better. Post some pics that show details of the buds better, higher resolution.

On what date did you start 12/12 photoperiod?
I don't know why you are so concerned with shit like that when you have bud rot, but carry on.
Sorry but what do you mean, do you think i should just cut out any of the budrot i see and let them finish or do you think i shouldn't be worrying about trying to sort them out because you believe its to late to save them or what do you mean exactly plz cheers for your feedback

It means get your tent in order or there won't be a harvest. Cut out the rot, check your temps, air flow and humidity. Do research on bud rot. You have a problem.

Please don't post a stream of consciousness here. Please organize your posts into paragraphs, or better, do bullet points.

The longest day of the year is right around June 20, so they have been on 12/12 for approx 70 days now. Usually, that is when my faster flowering indica strains have reached full ripeness. Other genetics go longer.

The pics you've posted dont clearly show details when zoomed in. During the lights on time, turn off the light for a minute, and take some shots of the highest possible resolution, well focused, and with the flash on.

When I harvest, I like to see none or almost no new white pistils, with trichs minimum clear, mostly cloudy and around 20% turning amber.

Good luck! Peace :peace:

Based on the pics it might have a little ways to go yet, but please post pics of whole buds and whole plant.

I like to see almost no or no new white hairs, minimum clear, mostly cloudy, and about 20% trichs turning amberish. The trichs to check are the ones on the main meat of the flower, not the ones on the little sugar leaves.

hey thank you for taking the time to help me out with my questions bro i appreciate it so ok the strains that you see are three seperate plants , 1st is a [gelato dream] from anesia seeds, 2nd is a [bruce banner#3] also from anesia seeds, and the 3rd and final one is a [nova og] which is also from anesia seeds so that is the three strains i am growing just now and they are nearing their 10th week off flowering next week end , as for the grow media that im using on them is a 70%coco-30%perlite mix , and the nutes well i used the flora trio on them you know the brown-green-red which are the micro, grow, bloom , trio from [General Hydroponics] and the feeding and watering well i had them in i think 11ltr fabric pots up until there about 2 weeks ago when i transplanted them into 25ltr fabric pots because they got so big while they were just in the 11ltr pot,s that i just felt they weren,t able to grow any bigger because of the size of the pot,s i had them in the whole of their lives right up until 8th weeks into their flowering period so i know i probably should have transplanted them into the bigger pots a hell of a lot sooner but please god they will be forgiving and start putting on some extra size now as i have given them a 250ml of big-bud between them along with the usual GH trio now over the last couple of weeks as that,s all there was inside the 250mill off big-bud to spread over the last 2 week,s going by exactly what it said to give per litre of water into each one you know so anyhow i have just ran-out of all my nutrients there the other day and went and got myself this good A+B plagron type nutrient to give them in place off overdrive as theey only had the overdrive in the big gallon size which i wasn,t able to afford just now so the fella told me that the one i got was just as good as the overdrive i was going to get if not better he Reccon,s it,s a 4in1 type nut especially for the last weeks off flowering so hopfully it does some good and put,s some badly needed size on them for me before i harvest , oh and yes i water them with 3-4 ltr,s every day until i get at least a half ltr run-off from them and that,s been that way now for the last couple off months, now this is where i am going to get some stick over i guess because this is something that i have never quite understood to be honest my friend and that,s this [ppm/ec, thing] so they are something that i haven,t a clue about and seem to be doing i guess ok without them i think anyhow but as for the ph well yes i have a ph tester that i have allways used from day-1 up to this very day which i have allways stuck between 5.5-6.5 so i am hoping that thhem other 2 issues haven,t stopped or damaged my plant,s in any way up to today and maybe i,m wrong and it could be exactly the problem as to why i haven,t seen my plant,s put on the size i am expecting from them up to now, and maybe its not the reason please god its not , as for my temps and RH well my temp,s are usually between 25-31cellseus and my RH is between 55-65% yes i know that,s a bit on the high side which is why i have the extractor fan on at all times which is connected to my 600w hps bulb which is inside a cool-tube and i also have a carbon filter connected to the fan which is taking most but not all of the hot air out of my tent and through the ducking which is attached to the cooltube and through the other side of the cooltube which is connected to more ducking and attached to the airvent in the room so that,s running for the full 12/12 hours each day but my temps and humidity still seem to be kindoff on the high side even with 3 seperate 6inch fan,s stuck up in each corner of the tent along with a 10inch oscilating fan 1 foot up from the ground which is on the whole time the lights are on plus i added another 12 inch oscilating fan right going across the top,s off the plant,s the whole time also which is 12/12 hours per day to so even with all them additions my hummidity and temps still remain on the high side now the rh is not always on the high side like today there it was on 55% simply because our weather where i,m living right now is getting kinda cooler now so they should be coming down every day from here in i really hope anyway, so yes i also installed this led light which is one of them red and blue type led lights that has just the one setting all the time you know its a 1000w led thats no way near a 1000w equivliant type light by any means its just one of them cheap amazon led,s that i bought simply because the person that was selling it had it had it up for sale as a [KINGLED LED LIGHT] which is a decent enough led light but he only wanted 70 euros for it so ofcourse i thought i was getting a bargain of a lifetime and bit the bate only to findout that it had no name or writing on it at all and wasn,t the kingled light i thought it was anyway cutting a long story short i have the 600w hps bulb inside a cooltube and that cheap led light beside it also and by the way my tent is a 5ft / 5ft / 7ft high so there you are my friend i am sorry for going on a bit to much here only i wanted to explain everything in detail as much as i could anyhow so i have also found what i believed to be budrot but just a small bit, now i only think that what it is as its a few small patche,s of rusting spot,s on a couple of the branches but only on the gelato dream and the nova og now they were small enough but i did cut them out off it and i will take some pictures of them so you can see exactly what i,m talking about and you can please god give me your honest opinion on exactly what stage you really believe they are at right now so i can have a better chance of saving them before i harvest them to soon and possibly get no high out of them at all which would be a total shame at this stage believe me my friend so anyhow oh yes just before i go you asked me exactly when i turned them from the 18/6 to the 12/12 lighting and it was exactly on the longest day of the year is the exact day i turned them so i,m not 100% what date that was but hopfully you might know so you will know exactly how long they have been in flower for so thank you ever so much for your time here and i will post some pics tomorrow take care and god bless you all guy,s
ps. sorry i didn,t answer your question about how far my lights were from my plants so i think they are around [1-1/2ft] to[2ft]
Dude .. there isn't 1 fuckin period in that 5,000 word paragraph .. I'm not reading that shit.

I think that's called a run on paragraph, lol. School is good, lol.
I really am sorry bro i know i went on a bit to much in that i was just responding to the reply that i got frOm someone who said that the first question i asked about my very first grow i only had a few words and along with a picture or two that were not that well taken so when i was asked for every detail about my whole setup i kinda thought ok ill tell everything in great detail i guess i picked that request up a little wrong in a sense so plz can you tell me how i can delete my posts from my accout plz thank you
