won't flower

Alrighty then, I have 3 plants from 3 different bag seed and I vegged for 8 weeks and have been flowering one for 3 weeks, one for 2 weeks and the last for 3 days.....no flowers/pistils,or sacks. They are bushy healthy and such.,using 5 6500k cfl 40w 100 wtt equivalent,2 2700k cfl bulbs,box I built at work out of metal sheeting(solid weld) no light leaks, fox farm soil. Also i applied lst ,.using
advanced nutes line of nutes only I follow the directions to the ml,. nute every other day r.o. Water every watering. And my vegg light is a 4ft t5 light by hydrofarm.........plant won't show sex,grown 4 times before on massive plots and always showed within a 4 days to a week .any ideas?

3 weeks of 12/12 and not flowering? I would take it down to 10 hours of light and 14 darkness. Good luck!

Alright will do,I did just take it off 48 hrs of darkness to attempt a jumpstart on the flowering,even then ....nothing,I'll give the 10/14 cycle ago and see what happens
