Working around plant count restrictions

So I currently live in the great state of CO and soon will be moving and getting my grow started again. I want to do my maximum legal amount of 3 flowering, 3 veg but I currently only have regular seeds. Rather than drop more money on some feminized seeds I was wondering what you guys would do in my situation.

First off some of factors that might influence this decision:
I have like 10 different strains and kind of want to cycle through them a bit as variety is the spice of life.
Since I can only flower 3 max legally I want them to be pretty big before I flower like maybe 6 weeks veg or so.

Should I do it the legal way and just sprout 3 and then get a clone from each and flower the clones and sort out any males? Replacing any males with another sprout and repeating the cycle.

I'm not opposed to bending the law a little bit as I think 3/3 is pretty damn low.

Cant you just buy clones to start with? Id buy six clones put three in to flower right away in two months you will have a lil bit of bud and 3 nice bushy girls to start again.
Rinse n repeat.

I could do clones but I like popping beans as it's more of a surprise.

Bend the law and go with 4 lol!! NSW do like ten you will be ok
I thought about doing 6 that way I have a pretty good chance of getting 3 females.

Damn, that sucks that you can only have 3/3 in CO. Anyway fuck it bend the law it doesn't matter man as long as you don't have 40 plants in your house you wont attract any heat. They aren't looking for people like you or me, just people that are trying to profit without giving the government their earned money as tax revenue.

Part of the surprise popping beans is whether or not they are female/ male
I agree its the more fun risky way of going but if u want guaranteed females since your on strict count it makes more sense to do clones.
Id start clones and pop the beans somewhere else myself. Seedling and early veg dont need much of an elaborite lil setup anyway
