My dollar store had 1.5 gallon buckets. They crack easy when putting holes. I pqinted the ones with perlite only too as they are sort of thin. Didnt paint my soil hempys though. I dont like how i can only fit about 15 under a 600 though. They grow good sized plants though.

You can see in first pic here though that not much diff between one gallon amd 1.5 when given same veg. I do think that i will pull approx an ounce off each though.

First pic is my seed plant side. maui wowie x BD, maui wowi x elephant. Two tallest in back are gods gift. Second and third pic cuttings. Skunk 1 and Sand widow. Skunks look to be forming nice colas and sand widows seem to be putting out a profusion of nugs. Starting to smell sweet in there. I did over N a plant or two as shown hereView attachment 2551214

yea with dollar store buckets I usually grab a lighter and heat up a screw driver head and push it through and it makes a perfect hole every time. Your setup looks really nice btw. how many weeks are they?

2 week bloom, running maxi bloom at 100grams/20gallons and Moab at 4 tsp.. Looking great so far and really loving the setup i went with, Drip/hempy coco, never seen growth so quick

20 days today. Im excited...some of my seed plants have pretty big buds for 20 days under 600 watters. Thanks.

I gotta get in and get some pics with hps off.

Haven't posted in awhile, been havin' some problems. These photos are a couple of wks old. But 1st the happy side. Here's the runt Mist just before chop. She was grown with OC+ in a coco supchuka beta 1, is 13wks old & never dropped a leaf

After the smart pot dried out it was just crusted with mineral buildups, I'm going to be running more of these in the next run. Maybe the smart pot will help with reducing nute salt build-up.

Maui Thunder Mom just before I pulled 5 clones off her, (2 to be new mom & 3 for a fem seed project) and the kids.

Moe want to say I really like your clone buckets. What I've found in cloneing is that the most important thing is temp not the light size or type. These are under a halogen under cab light which is worse than incandescent but keeps the dome at a constant 78. Just got to get them under some floros as soon as roots set or they will stretch bad.

will do. I tried to pick them up today but he didnt answer his phone. I tried growing the bubbleberry last summer and everytime it was time to flower they died out on me. I think they are sensitive to high temps but since its still winter I think they should be fine this time around. I gave him the clones I had left in veg and he turned around and got 4 oz off each plant..I was mad LOL but im glad he put them to good use because I could not do anything with them

Now the problem. My monster Mist in coco was the worse hit. The bud hairs started turning brown @ 4wks they aren't the normal red/brown hair of maturity. I thought it was light burn, which was correct but it was because the plant wasn't pulling up the necessary fluids. Notice the brown hair everywhere, and the purple streaks in the main stalk and leaf stems (shows reverse travel in the plants piping system).

I couldn't figure it out and the plant started to yellow hard, then I read Moe's post on CA def. I hadn't changed the rate of cal/mag add, but I did open a new bottle of cal/mag at wk 3.5, and I noticed that the new stuff is much lighter in color and thinner in consistency. I've since almost trippled the dose and it's helped the perlite buckets a bunch and even the monster has shown some new green growth on the buds, but I don't think she'll fully recover.

Harvested one of my blue dreams tonight. Shes about a week early but we could use the smoke and I needed the room in the tent. This marks my first seed to harvest plant.

Hi guys been doing hempys now for a few months and loving it .been doing mostly dinafem cheese which works well.started my new batches 12/12 from seed and they seem to be growing quicker .great thread guys

Looks good, how was the smell during flowering? I was thinking about doing blue dream in the next couple months. Also let me know what your yield was like if possible.

Updated my journal!! Not sure what happened with this yellowing, but after 2 days creamy yellow colored pistils popped out. Then after 1 more day all the pistils have turned green with new hairs sticking out. Sorry the one pic is kinda fuzzy. Peace!!

Been away for a while guys but good to be back.

Watt, that is crazy looking with all the brown hairs on such immature bud. I hope the Ca/Mg helps you out and they recover for the most part.

So many awesome posts that I missed I couldn't hope to comment on them all. So I'll just thank Moeb for starting this incredible thread, and all the posters that make this one of the best and troll-free threads on this site. Props to the hempy nation.

Your name has me anxious to break out the waders and bust through some shore ice. Hopefully by the end of this month it wont be too cold where I'm at, jonesing for some steelies.
