Here's the take on the Big Island Thunder, hang10-31-12 001riu.jpghang10-31-12 002riu.jpg the sticks in the back are 16", but once it's dried and the lumber removed it won't make 3oz. But the rm is in much better condition for the next run. Still have 2 girls in the flower area, one is done and I'm going to start trimming tonight. The other still has some time to go, could be another 2wks from the looks of it, I thought she was an Indica but I've already past 10wks, I haven't heard of a 13wk indica but I guess it's possible.

Here's the future (I hope). MWxBIT....... the mini coco hempy's are at the bot of 1st pic,,, 2nd shows hempy's next to smallest wk older plant veg12-10-30 001riu.jpgveg12-10-30 002riu.jpg Since this photo I've upped the cal/mag to the mini coco's and they have jumped back into action.

I have an accident a few days back, I caught the main branch on the light coming out of the veg box OUCH!!!!

Another new X I plan on sexing these then re-veg and do some hardcore training could be 16wks veg then take the best 1 or 2 for a big plant run.veg12-10-30 004riu.jpg

The front right plant turned out to be a male, so the front of the net has an empty space I'm still filling with the 2 surrounding plants.

Thanks guys. Jela I am not sure which blueberry it is. It is a clone from a friend thru a friend who got it from a friend etc. It smells like a skunky berry. I really like it.

Solem, your canopy looks to be nice and full from what I can piece together from the pics. If so thats half the battle they will fill in nicely.

If anyone is interested my watering schedule included full strength nutes every watering except when I was battling a N def that turn quickly into a nute burn. I flushed every 10-14 days with a half gallon for each of 15ml clearex/gallon followed up by a gallon of ph'ed water with sweetner. When I flush I plug the drain hole and completely fill the bucket, wait a few then drain as completely as possible, then fill the rez with ph'ed water. I fed about every 3 days letting them dry out really well each time.

2 G13 PE's in rapid rooters, in mapito hempy cups. The mapito was too coarse for small cups so I cut piece's into 1/2" croutons. The eventual bucket will see the mapito in it's natural form ~1" chunks. These cups slide into blue solo cups to keep the roots from seeing light. I will be checking the clear cups for root development in the mapito...an nteresting concept for a medium. I saw a big bath sponge the other day in the store and thought hmm....could I grow something out of that?

You know I really like this thread and wish to thank Moebius for starting it. RIU needed a current events type of "hempy thread" and this one is the ticket. Everyone here has been very respective of each others techniques and not one flame war or ill comment to date. We have the 2L folks up through the 5g folks with perlite, coco, floss and mapito.......HPS, LED & CFL. This is an awesome group of people to share experiences with IMO. Let's keep it growing...

Cindy's @ 4.5weeks as tall as I am....filling out nicely after the addition of PK 13/14 this week. Even though I sucked back a little on the base nutes I still got some leaf tip curl. Note these were the one's I had to super-crop to keep them out of the lights at 3 weeks, note the "crook" in their necks.

i think i need to transplant soon. its been 32 days already..still waiting on growroom and hid lights to come in... plants looking good. about 6 inche tall. topped and supercropped and looking bush as hell. bout to transplant into 7 gallon trash bins. been feeding them great white root excelurator and molasses lately. so i hope the roots mass will be efficient for their age.

hey guys looks like i have some catch up reading. Been busy with stuff. Got 29 one gallon hempys about 3 weeks into flower. 8 bluedreams flowered short so as to not overcrowd canopy, 1 chemdawg 91x pre 98 bubba, 1 super lemon haze runt, 1 purple sour diesel, 10 elephant wow this stuff was amazing last run, 7 jackfrost x bubba kush that i started from seed, and 1 berry bomb (i got 3 males and one female from seed, think im going to seed out the whole thing to get some S2? and look for better phenotype).

They were all started flowering quite small and tallest is maybe 18 inches if that.

Just bought my first digital ballast today CAP nano throwing it in tent with the other 600 watt hps and hoping it will up the temps with lights on. Got an open hood on this one because room just getting too cold now. Gotta say if this digital performs im going digi and not looking back...its sooo quiet and weighs maybe 2 lbs.

Also cracking 25 bluedream x maui wowie and 25 elephant x maui wowie seeds that i made last run Hoping to find a couple nice ones. Next run will be all of them that are female though. Fucking powdery mildew rearing its head again..my room has massive air and good humidity /temps and it never really gets out of control but fuck pm it MUST be systemic. Soo..scrap everything after this run and start over with my seeds.

Ill post pics soon.

And if anyone was wondering my last run was pathetic 7.4 oz plus another 2 or so of fluff ...still smoking on it though and its dank.

Guys I need help! Everything was fine and dandy. Then I couldn't water the plants for one day well not even a day. Like half the day. And when I got home my room was unbelievable hot. I noticed my healthiest plant showed signs of heat stress. Curled up leaf tips. Some leaves we're curled up and twisted looked burnt. Lots of browning and yellowing. This is in a matters of a few hrs. Cause before I left the house this plant was a beast and healthy as hell. Now I flushed it. Rewatered it even check the roots. I watered and left overnight woke up a few hrs later and it was still droopy and worse than before. I had already raised the lights and lowered the temps. A few of the thick leaf plants start to droop as well so can anyone help?
