World Of Hempy

I put my new SCROG into Flower yesterday after only a week of veg under the screen, so we are off and rolling! This is my First COCO Hempy Scrog, so I am excited to see how it goes. I have a New HPS Ballast and Brand New CMH Bulb, so I am expecting to do better than my last run. That along with the 2 additional plants certainly wont Hurt :weed:

We have (1) Afghan Kush, (1) GDP and (2) Northern Lights x Big Bud, all getting 600ppm (and rising) of the CNS17 Grow every other day, and will switch to the Bloom on the next feeding.

My Mothers are doing great, and we are taking clones weekly.

Mothers are still in their 1 Gallon Containers, and are getting 650ppm of the CNS17 Grow, and simply don't need anymore.

I also get to Pop new Seeds in the couple of weeks.. Next up on deck are a couple of Sativa's -- Barney's Farm Acapulco Gold and G13 Labs Pineapple Express. :leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf::leaf:

Thx for sharing Moebius looks damn easy.. Hows do you do it? I mean, how long do you have them in the buckets? No lights? The T5´s you are using is that just a normal spectrum?
Can clones with thick stem and branching have a harder time making it? Haha just took my first 2 clones so im all ears :) Thx again
The clones will be ready in 7-10 days. They do need light as per normal. I'm using a CFL on these but if I had a spare T5, I would use that. I have a few T5 units but all in use.

They are cool white tubes (blue).

Clones with thicker branches just get a gentle scrape with a razor blade to get a bit of 'skin' off. (Too much scrapping and the stem can rot). Then a dunk into a thick root gel, then into either Aero, CoCo or RW cubes, atm I'm doing all three.

Thanks Moe I have been putting 21x2L per tote. I'm sure this has been asked before but how many 2L can I fit under a 600w hps light. Dr.J20 I too have been trying out OC+ so far so good. I still have about four weeks till next batch are ready to harvest so the jury is still out for me but I am liking what I see.

That will depend on the strain and whether you give veg-time or not. 2-3 totes may be possible.

Do you have any pics of your OC Hempy's? and what strain you running?

I dont know how current your scrog pic is but if that was taken like today it looks like you still have time and screen space to pull some of those branches back under. It will flatten out your canopy a little more and get a better spread for ya! After flipping to 12/12 Ill continue to pull them thru while they stretch.

Actually with the way that they have been growing, I give it about a week of stretch before the screen will be about as full as its gonna be. I found a Much Better Screen at Home Depot, and have been working to get one Bud Site per Square. More than Likely wont fill all of them, but that's better for me than the whole thing becoming just a big mess. ;-)

Interesting day today, First my truck would not start so I had to take the car with no heater in 22 degrees brrrr...screwed up everything I touched today, was ready to go home. Checked the plants and smiled, I found some more getting ready to show it's sex. so soon I will have enough to start a constant bloom. And some of the males I pulled up were hempy's so I recycled the pot and perlite and then had a brilliant idea, Why not put my female auto cheese plants in the vault to bloom, can't hurt...anyway cheese 1 and 2 were transplanted last week and have taken well to their new pots...so I planted cheese 3 in the hempy pot I removed the male from. Hope I did it right. so now all 3 cheese plants are in to flower and safe as females.

I removed the male from the pot a couple of days ago. I removed the perlite and washed it in a strainer, removed the old roots. not many roots from the male, he had not expanded much since I planted him 2 weeks ago. Did I need to do anything else before replanting in a used hempy pot. ?

It won't let me post this picture in a message, Not sure why, But Moe, this is it.View attachment 2543862 Baked in the brick over outside...
Yum .. LOL

I think the only problem i'll have is waiting for them to cool down before scoffing a whole loaf with some butter. I'm going to buy the tins today and and try out the recipe. I'm also going to try some of the recipes for jams and nut butters that came with the 'Vitamix' I bought a while back.

Should go down nice with some cheese. ... Cheese weed that is. :weed:

Generally I have something to say about crops at least 2 weeks after they have been chopped and cured. If things go right, which they should by the 15th of April you should have an answer. bongsmilie:weed:

Here's a fine lady that's Cali Connection's Blue Dream Haze. She's 23 days into flower and starting to bud up nicely. I topped them since I knew this sativa dom was going to stretch for the high heavens. She actually filled out perfectly thus far. Minimal fan leaves, but seem's very leafy in the flowers. As you can see in the below pic, she's taking after her Plushberry sister and purpling. So, Blue Dream, Qrazy Train, and Plushberry are all going to purple. This will certainly make for the 2013 Purple Hempy club!

Rusty, you are rockin that coco bro....keep up the good work...it shows! I don't know if you cloned in another medium and then put in coco cups or if you just shoved your clippings straight into the coco cups but that's been my little secret when I really need some clones...(clippings straight into coco cups).

Awesome, I could see the sea salt catching the light like trichomes on a bud. I can't wait to make mine. Ill post my efforts later.

Would be great if others want to join in on the baking theme.

CoCo Hempyneers.

I'll be starting my first ever CoCo Hempys (2L) in the next few days. ... I threw out all the perlite I had. Can I get away without any in my res? If its any problem what-so-ever I would just buy it, but ideally would rather not.

Thanks, Moebius.
