I had to chop at 63 days (5% amber) due to a sudden huge increase in risk. A shame, but still good smoke.I'm at 35 days flower with my SB, how long did you go until harvest? What color were the trics? Thanks!

Lemme see!! Lemme see!!So I have one strawberry blue that I vegged 3 weeks and am now in week 10 or 11 in flower, and still havent seen any hints of amber, and about 35-50% of the pistils are brown/orange and receded. I dont mind letting it go longer though, the biggest cola on her is softball sized. Ill maybe post some pics of her in a few hours, im very proud of it given its my first grow.
All done in coco with hesi nutes. Its in a 3.5 gallon bucket with roots coming out the bottom a little. It sure is hungry though, I ve been feeding it 150% nutes once daily with brer rabbit molasses. My only issue has been minor bleaching on the very top which led me to dim my 600w hps down to 75%.
I think ill definitely get around five or six ounces. I have more strawberry blue seeds, I think I can fit three under the light this time and easily reach a pound.
Lmao...sometimes I do feel a little lost...but Maine? I'm a long way from homeWelcome to Maine MD914
I'm also on my 3rd run of strawberry blue...I've found that she has an insatiable appetite. I'm growing organic though...you said something about flushing yours so I'm guessing your not organic? Do you have a thread? I'd love to check yours outi'm on my third crop of SB and they grow well and are very resilient.they are a little sensitive to over feeding. especially too much nitrogen but a good flush if the tips start turning yellow and they recover nicely. recover quickly from shock cause by topping or transplanting. very good flavor. works well for pain insomnia and nausea.the best strain i've tested so far. outperformed some "high yield strains very easy to grow.
I know RIGHT!! Lol...one free seed and I'm on my 3rd run with about 10 more clones in vegMmm, I am curing my harvest now. Soooo tasty, and strong. I cannot believe this was a freebie!
I do use organic soil and nutes but I flush before going from vegging to flowering and about a week before harvest to get rid of any residual nutes in the soil.I use fish fertilizer for veg than switch to a low nitrogen fertilizer (kelp) for flowering. I had a problem with nute burn before I switched to organic fertilizers but part of the problem was that I had to use MG perlite which contains time released nutes. many chemical fertilizers sold at home and garden centers are much stronger than organic nutes and many are time released.these do cause problems with nute burn and should be avoided but I have found this strain to be very resilient and it recovers quickly from abuse.I think it would be a great strain for a first time grower.if you make a mistake just give it a little more veg time and it will usually recover. it even grows in low humidity conditions where other strains won't. of course good conditions, soil and nutes are required for best yields. but this is the timex strain.it will take a "lickin and keep on tickin" LMAO I do not post pictures of my girls on the internet for security reasons.MMJ is legal in my state but the federal governments position can change at anytime and anyone can make claims on these sites but proving that they are growing takes more than that.I'm also on my 3rd run of strawberry blue...I've found that she has an insatiable appetite. Chopped mine a week ago. Beautiful Plant, covered in icy goodness and a decent smoke. I don't like the taste of it at all. Never really tasted or smelled any strains quite like this. Not for me.
