And yeah, I can't wait for the rally and cup It's called "lurking". You do this when you're seeking info on something but don't feel you have much to say about it yourself. Some people appreciate a low signal to noise ratio and get annoyed with trolls who can't be bothered to add anything constructive to a thread. Some people don't feel the need to make a bunch of fluff posts to pump up their post count and get "rep" because they don't think "rep" on some internet forum amounts to a hill of beans and just lol at the pathetic souls who do.
