Been doing 50/ 50 kitchen scraps to browns and paper. I over fed early on. But am only givin what they can eat in 2-3 days. Smaller amounts now. I'm no expert was just super stoked to see babies.what is the key what should i follow?

Depends on your goal. If you just want to get rid of your fruit and veggie scraps and junk mail then you just need to add mostly the paper scraps, keep them moist and slowly add in the food. Make sure not to add so much food that it starts hot composting or stinking. Let the worms finish processing the scraps and feed them more.what is the key what should i follow?

If you want quality vermicompost to add to your grow you want to feed your worms some quality compost mixed 50/50 with rice hulls. You can also add composted horse manure or any other vegetarian mammal manure and kelp, neem seed meal and rock dusts.
If you check out red worm composting . com you'll find tons of real life experiments with worm wranglin'. There's a wealth of info on that site. The guy sites tons of science papers and gives plenty of his own experiences to help us learn how to worm farm!
