i would remove that bud asap to isolate the bud rot should that be the problem. it doesnt look bad i cant even see it except in the last picture... just cut that one off and remove the bad part(s) and smoke it, its like a little samplewoke up this morning to find a little greyish brown spot on a fatty nug of my lil lady, she is an outdoor indica about 55 days flowering, i live near the ocean and there is a lot of moisture in the air at night, i did a little surgery on the spot,
