Worst/Best state to grow/consume pot

What are people's opinions of the best and worst states to be busted for growing or smoking herb? The best will obviously be Alaska or California, although the laws are a little grey, there are still difficulties in possessing large amounts of cannabis in these areas. However; what is the worst state to be fucked in? I might have to go with NJ or Delaware. Possession of any amount of herb will cost you a year and a thousand dollars. Anyone else agree or are there definately worse?

This is too easy.....

The best state to grow/consume: Any state its legal

The worst state to grow/consume: Any state its Illegal

In Washington state it seems pretty cozy. Good friends with a guy who has a green card there, as well as his mum. Since he's her caretaker he's allowed 30 plants. He's also allowed at any time 48 ounces (3lbs!) of dried, prepared weed on him. If you ask me that's pretty damn nice.

State laws there are that if you have 40g or less its misdemeanor with a $250-$500 fine and minimum one day in jail. So that equates out that any Joe blow can have 1.4 ounces on him and it only be a misdemeanor. Anything above 40g is considered enough to be a "dealer" where it turns into a felony and gets real ugly.

Washington and Oregon are good for med states. North Carolina's will be almost the same, except their limit is only on flowering females plants. You'll be able to have unlimited veg and male plants.

About time we get some laws written by farmers with a clue on producing a surplus. We need to get that passed.

A law doesnt get challenged it doesnt go to the supreme court montana has a weapon laws that hasnt been challenged but itsreally does go past fed limits. Second a privacy laws and a drug law are 2 different things once the bud leaves your house then the privacy law does not matter anymore. The constitution says federal laws trumps state laws . So please read article 4 of the constitution and the 14th amendment. To sum it up for you 4th amendment says what states can do 14th amendment was made because of the civil war and staets used article 4 to suced from the union. 14th amendment is basically a common good amendment to prevent "rogue states".

To answer the original question West virginia and Nevada are the worst states any amount is a felony:leaf:
Haha this is true. In montana if you are 18 or over you can purchase and own any gun without a permit :)

well not "any" gun but you get the idea.. I'm pretty sure you can't walk around with a tech on your shoulder.

But you can have a 44 in your belt. ;)

I'm diggin WA state, moved here from idaho and its crazy how just a few hours away its like a whole other world lol. Can legally have up to 15 plants as a caregiver here, but in Idaho I remember a friend's uncle spendin a couple days in jail for three tenths of a gram.. almost a bowl hahaha. definitely cant see me EVER living in a non-med pot state..yikes..
How do you get a caregiver license?

The worst place to grow outdoors.. is around the "Bible belt"

Texas; Arkansas; Oklahoma; Louisianna; and Tennessee.

They have VERY VERY humid summer seasons there.. very humid. Like, they average around 80 to 100% humidity all summer season long. Which, for a plant that's trying to flower outdoors.. humidity is its challenge. We all know, that during the flowering cycle.. the lower the humidity.. the better. Don't want moldy buds at harvest time. ;)

But, anyhow.. that's my 2cents worth.. and is also why I grow indoors only.

This way, I have complete control over the plants environment. Lighting; temps; humidity; etc..

peace.

There are dry counties in Alabama where it's illegal to possess alcohol at any age, still... I have to imagine they're backwards on cannabis as well.

WA seems ok

So long as you're judicious with your bribery, you can probably smoke all the hash you like.

Worst jurisdiction for cannabis in the USA is arguably Oklahoma, though both Texas and Florida are also exceptionally harsh and worth mention.
