Worth buying BuildASoils soil?

I keep hearing so many mixed reviews about clover. Some people say it’s a breeding ground for bad bugs and And there’s other people like Jeremy @ build a soil that swears by it. Is build a soil‘s clover crop different?
BAS cover crop has more than just clover, I can’t remember what, but grasses and other beneficials, they chose plants that pair well and their roots communicate with cannabis and micorobes to create a nice little community down there.

anyone who’s finding issues with pests mold or anything else in their soil are simply suffering from imbalanced soil and a poorly dialed in grow environment

If you can’t afford rootwise I was using recharge and mammoth p and having great results, just switched to the rootwise line

They have different ones. They have a mix, but they also sell just plain Dutch white clover. I don't have any in my weed pots though.

That’s exactly what I’m using, great results here 2! :bigjoint: I usually use recharge during Veg & mammoth p after week 2 or 3 of flower. Do you use them together?

Also, doesn’t clover shoot it’s seeds everywhere? Like on the walls of the tent and shit or is that some other cover crop I’m thing about?
That's vetch. It can take an yer eye out. I avoid vetch mostly now even though the seeds are free outside because they can tangle around your plants literally overnight. They can be a pain in the ass... oh in the eye also.

BuildABloom 2-10-5 is BuildASoil's long awaited amino acid formula for flowering plants. Most companies will offer a bone meal, guano or phosphoric acid product for their flowering line up, but we didn’t want to go that route. The premium vegan non-gmo soy aminos help chelate the micronized minerals and make the phosphorus, potassium and calcium more readily available. The results are dramatic!
How about build a flower?

I think those who have had troubles with molds or pests from cover crops/mulches are dealing with imbalanced soil. Generally in my experience a soil that is in one of the extremes or ph tend to be breeding grounds for the bad guys... that’s why Jeremy presses on the use of beneficial microbes as well as good watering practices etc... LABs will help. The only pest I’ve had issues with are fungus gnats and they are just annoying but that’s about it, I use canna control by mammoth which is a thyme/corn oil bases organic pest control. I hit the plants in veg maybe twice and hit the soil every few weeks to keep them at bay, but also don’t end up having to do it too often because once the soil becomes mature, I end up having predator mites who do the fungus gnat control for me.

keep your environment right and your RH and airflow in check and you won’t get mold, ever. My rooms never go over 50% RH the entire plants life, never had any issues.
I thought the fungus growing under the mulch was good? Is that a different mold you're talking about?

Is it possible I have beneficials as well? I've never added any.
Yes, more than likely through the worm castings
How about build a flower?
They are both good to have on hand BuildaFlower is used a top dress whereas BuildABloom dissolves into water & is available immediately

Fungus is good, mold is bad

Ok, so it's possible I already have beneficials. I hope I don't need to buy any. They're way expensive at bas.

Guess I'll get some build a bloom also!

I haven't noticed mold yet. What exactly causes it?

Ok a free tip from me as many have helped me before.

Yes where to get EWC? I am in a huge metro area but still am not impressed with most options.

I found Brut Worm Farms online.

They sell EWC, and a supersoil made with the EWC. They are 30# bags, and are $30 and $35 shipped anywhere in the USA.

I got a few bags of each. Amended my soil with both. Beautiful EWC and the SS even was ph balanced to 6.8.

I have no affiliation, have ordered from them once. But heck tell them ComfortCreator sent you and they will say who tf is that? Lol.

I am running 10gal pots indoors and had good soil to begin with. If you are used to Uncle Jims worms you will be very happy with these. They are my go to for EWC going forward. I have SS already, and theirs is actually quite nice. It does not contain peat or aeration...so you add those and its like a SS base. So a few bags will turn into a nice amount.

I used 2 bags EWC and 2 bags SS as my compost amendment. I then added the others I typically add. Going VERY well.

Brut Worm Farms
Thanks for the heads up. I saw their EWC on Ebay, but I've gotten good and terrible brands, you don't always know. Wiggle worm worked well for me but I really wanted to try the Brut brand. Probably have to buy 2 more 30# bags before my own worms will make me independent. Peace...
