Worth using Molasses?

My plant is somewhere between 18-20 days old ( I can't remember right now, way too high ) and I was wondering if I should start feeding it molasses with every watering?

I have heard a lot of people using molasses, but I was just wondering why it's beneficial and how much to use.

molasses can be good, it's best with an organic grow
usual amount is from 1 tsp - 1 tbsp per gallon of water
it's even better as a tea, which just the water/molasses mix allowed to ferment
but it should be aerated 1-2 times a day, just a good couple minute shake to stir in air will suffice
if you don't aerate, you'll get anaerobic bacteria, which is not so good, the tea will smell like a sewer
a good molasses tea does not smell bad
