would a few extra red light harm the plant during veg?

So i got my area 51 rw 75 today, it has 2 modes for veg and flower.
So basically veg mode is just plain white, and when switched to flower mode it turns on the extra red lights.
Just wondering would the red lights stress the girls in veg? They are autos btw. Thx!

YES FULL MODE from seed to harvest is FINE.................no harm to your ladies, actually it's best way! but don't tell anyone:P

Yep I use lots of red and deep red in my veggin lights with 25% blue and most varieties love it. Some varieties are bushy and can benefit from a lower % of blue but for the lanky ones you can use up to 30% blue to control the stretch.
