Environment is typical Hawaii weather, day temp highs around 81f night time lows around 75f relative humidity anywhere from 55-65%. The only thing is my plant only gets about 4 hours of direct sun. sunrise at 6am till about 10am. Its on my balcony which is facing northeast. If my balcony was where my front door is, the plant would be getting 7 hours direct sunlight from 12pm till sunset which is around 7pm.

Worth 5 cents each
thats nothing. We get 10c a bottle here, and some 20c. Even better, they come pick it up at your house for free. I always go to our bin ( i rented to 5 others) and grab all their crap and throw it in our garage. I had a mechanical press to collapse cans. I got $170 the other week for a few months of junk food and drink containers that take me a few minutes a week to collect.

That garden bed was multiple years worth of natural composting of hundreds of plants and we also have k rich clay. It was my pride and joy. It did a week or so on a windowsill and 10 weeks outside, took another 16 weeks to flower as it was a cross of Loas landrace and BCN crit. I had four that size in that yard in a townhouse complex in an illegal country (aus) lol. That fence is someone else's back yard and their unit was 5m away, on all sides. It got a solid 8 hours of full sun in that location.

I miss that place. owner sold and im now in uni accom with a single 2.3x2.3. It hurts. I've got 2 2x4 tents and a 3x3 im trying not to set up. However I don't miss the $800 weekly rent and $1200 power bills.

10c and some 20c?! damn i wish it was like that out here. Out here we have to take it to the recycling center to redeem our plastics. Im assuming your minimum wage is higher than $10/hr?

Yes. Maccas workers get around $25 an hour. I currently work at a warehouse picking shampoo orders. $34 an hour. From what i recall our minimum wage is $24 casual and $19 full time.

How does your plants look now in the 2.3x2.3? Is it easier growing indoors or was it easier growing outdoors? and do you use the same methods you used outdoors indoors? or did you have to switch up methods?

Just looks like some water was on ithe leaf in the sun. That's nothing to worry about lol
I had a feeling it couldve been that. yesterday it got some rain in the morning just before the sun came up. either that or wind burn, we’ve been getting 20-30 mph northeast winds with gusts up to 40. so the plant has been getting it from the wind. Just wanted to make sure its not any type of deficiency.

Here's a few of my first indoor autos
First indoor in a 2x4 (Ak420 auto)

GDP auto in same tent after

Current grow. First time organic water only indoors and a fail lol. Used a 3 gal pot stupidly. Day 45 from seed.
IMG_20220501_211957.jpg

Top dressed waaay to late and trying to stay organic with no liquid salts. Brewing a tea as we speak

I'm struggling with organic.. should be in a 7 or 10 gal pot. My previous plants looked better at harvest than this one does at the start of week six since sprout. Live and learn. I find salts far easier so far. Organic fades so quick when it does. This was five days before the last faded shot. Went from green to yellow in five days.

It's a cross of purple punch auto and Durban Poison I accidentally made outdoors a year or so ago. Got around 150 seeds.

Tbh, I found outdoor to be far easier as I've always grown fruit and veggies outside.

Keep clones of the best ones man. Durban is amazing and purple punch seems to have a good reputation. I would love to grow a light dep. Of that strain! If your having a hard time growing organic make the subcool supper soil recipe and add compost tea and some sugars! Just make sure your plant is atheist 1.5x bigger than your pot when you hit flowering so it will flush out. Don't be afraid to add nutrients at half strength if they start yellowing early.

The supper soil will last you the while grow without having to feed anything but compost tea and sugars?
