Would i be putting myself at legal risk by posting here?

Hey everybody!

I'm new here, and i'm aware of the unreasonable punishments for growing in the US. I'd like to know if it's a bad idea to post questions, pictures or comments here that might indicate that i (god forbid ) would be growing.

There can be legal ramifications with what you post on the internet. There is no doubt there. A month ago I saw an article about a guy getting busted for posting his grow on youtube. Some cop searching randomly on the net recognized him.

Cops can always get a warrant for IPs from the host. Though that can cause long legal battles depending on how the ISP decides to handle it and the owner of RIU. If you're concerned look up different proxies (TOR) or post in open wifi areas. That said, I don't think the police would go through a lot of trouble to find out who you specifically are if you have such a small operation.

Just be smart about it. Don't post pictures chunkin' deuce next to a forest of herb wearing a shirt that said, "FUCK THE POLICE." Try not to use an internet handle that can be linked to your myspace or your email. You get the idea.

And if a pic you post shows your face, cover it up!
