Would this be too stressful?

I have a bloombox. I have plants on the flowering side that have about 10 days left. I have a full house on the veg side, waiting to be put in flower chamber. My question is...can I change the 125CFL time on the veg side to 12/12, sex my plants, and then move them to the flower chamber to continue their merry lives or will the move after starting to flower them stress them out so much that they hermie again, or die or whatever else could go wrong?

go for it, you will be fine I beat the crap out of my girls all the time. its light leaks, nute and heat stress that can hermie a plant and mostly genetics

I usually just put my mature seedlings into flowering room to sex.

Only thing I have noticed different is after that any clones I take from Indica plants almost always grow pistils/preflowers in abundance as does the mother on new growth.
Sativas reveg completely.

That'll be fine.

Another option would be to snip a little clone and throw it in the flower side as to cause no disruption, but in this specific case, yep, you'll be fine.
