would this light be ok for 2 plants?

first off double posting is frowned upon.
the light is good but it has bloom bulbs (3000k) inwich is for flowering.you would have to get grow (6500k) for veg and a mix of spectrums for flower.

ok thank you. I seen a light just like the one I was asking about. It comes with veg bulbs. I just did not wanna buy to lights.

Find one like that with 4 bulbs instead of 2. 2 won't be enough. I have two of them in the closet I'd like to get rid of.

Use them in a stealth cupboard, 2ftx1ft approx. Don't worry about the spectrum, flowering spectrum will do for veg, just not ideal. Switch from veg after about 3 weeks. Scrog, definately, seriously. It won't work any other way. You will need a pc fan to provide air/co2 exchange. Don't expect a big yield, 2 oz if you are lucky. If you get more into it, you can then change bulbs and use it as a veg cabinet.

ok thanks. I have seen the 4 bulb lights but the lumens was only like 8000. This light I was asking about says 10000 lumens.

Much better. That will put out about 30 000 lumens and cover a 2ftx2 at least. May need a 4" fan and carbon filter. I don't know if I would really believe the 10 000 lumen claim.

thank you. I just think the 250watt will cause to much heat for my grow box.

from what i have been told and read yes but i was also told to just use some cfls for veg and the hps for flower would save money on the electric bill during veg and could stick the bulbs closer
