Would this medium work to clone my master kush plant?

I have a master kush plant its a female i know because i see the two white pistols between the branches from the main stem and it came from femenized seeds. My question is will this work to make a clones of my plant

I dont want to buy it and it dont work i was planning to make cuttings at an angle on the plant and dip it in cloning gel then put in in that Neoprene (foam) Clone Collars after i set the thing up. I just wanna know if it will clone marijuana plants.

but those things are a pain in the arse, try just rooting them in promix.. alot easier and roots just as fast

just use a drinking glass with water and lite nutes
