Oh my tents are both going to be at the same stage at the same time due to time constraints at my current location. In the future I will run perpetual but not this time around. So my tents will both be at HPS at the same time. I've got my buckets insulated with a highly reflective material, so hopefully the heat will be kept minimum. I'll be sure to look for lead free if I decide to DIY something.
if they are both running at the same stage ...... then convert the 2 into a 1 system and use the chiller on a T return to split the cool water into the 8 buckets
But they're different strains and one is starting 3 weeks later and it's more sativa leaning, so I'm probably going to switch it to flower a little later (because the scrog will be 2 weeks behind), and they'll be flushing at different times because of the flower time and when they are switched to flower. But I'm saying that for the most part (at least 5 weeks) they'll both be under hps.
ok a plant will take what it needs and then if there is more of it will take that.............i proved the tds and all that matters for near shit .......aslong as the PH is balanced and what the plant wants is offered to it u can control the veggie and HPS just with the light cycle and light waves
