Would this three COB 3500 K strip work for Flowering?

$11.87. Lumileds? It looks like 3 COBs? Are they even full size COBs?

How many strips to match a 1000 Watt HPS and what driver or drivers?

Do I attach it to a sheet of aluminum or what sort of heat sink?

Is there a better alternative?

not to be a jerk but havent we answered this question for you several times over? seems like you ask the same question every week. It might be better to take a few minutes to learn what a lumen is and how it is used as a unit of measure of light output so different lighting technologies could be compared.

in this case
HPS=140000 lumens
the strip you linked = 1550 lm

140000/1550 = 90 strips to equal 1 HPS
