Would using hlg 650r all suddenly make energy co suspicious of me?

I’m a first time grower and I decided I wanted decent lights and I was wondering how much electricity it would take til I had feds knocking on my door lol
 
I've run grows with 4 lights in each bedroom and a 400 HPS hanging over hydro in 2 of 3 bathrooms. In Alaska the place probably stood out on FLIR like it was on fire. Nobody gave a damn. Especially the shareholders in the electric company.

However I did get out of bed by 0430 on garbage collection day and take a stroll putting trash from the grow in different garbage cans around the neighborhood. Not too much in any one can.

No people coming and going. No parties at 0200. Do not be turning the neighborhood kids on.
 
It's not so much the 650w that they would look at. 650w on a 18/6 or 20/4 or 24, switched to a 12/12 schedule. That would be more of a red flag in my eyes.

Lol I'm not trying to do that. I know the power company doesn't care. I'm just saying that would be more of a problem than just drawing 650w. There's many things that draw more power than that.
 
That's like one quarter of a portable air con. You might have delusions of grandeur if you think people are looking for your 650w increase lol.
