Would yellowing and brown crispy bud leaves have any effect on bud?

Yes and it has a major affect on final weight and smoke quality. Try to keep leaves green till the end by ph being 6.5 ,some flushing with phd water from time to time and a large enough pot.

Don't remove any leaves unless they are dead or dying just let them fall off naturally.

Thanks, some of the leaves grow into the bud. Will these leaves in the bud fall off on their own once dead?
Probably not, only fan leaves will fall off on their own. If they are completely brown you can remove them but its better to wait until harvest and remove them all at once. A few brown leaves won't effect the final product much, but lots of them will definately effect the yield and smell/taste.
