4) you will not be physically or mentally harmed, and will leave as you arrived.. basically.

Thank you for participating and this poll will close in 2 weeks, so I have time to finish my paper.
That's the part that bothers me.
How is that guaranteed? What does "harm" mean in this case? Is it your interpretation or mine?

physical or mental damage or injury : something that causes someone or something to be hurt, broken, made less valuable or successful, etc.
So basically.. IF they did anything to you at all, which they might NOT. the unknown is the fun part of this all.
IF they did anything to you at all it would not be an injury or issue that persisted after the 30 days.
It COULD be a miracle cure where they infected you and cured you.. who is to say?
Either way you would go in without said issue and leave the same.
Harm here is in a loose term. It may be damaged but you won't remember and it will be fixed by the time you leave.
possibly.. again I'm just answering the variables as best I can and keep the opinions clean and free of any bias.
and THANK YOU!! for continuing to post. I'm so over the moon with the responses.
I'm at work.. gotta run. Thanks again guys!

But the conundrum is the 30 days of memory loss.
By definition, that is harm if it is imposed. In essence, it is akin to inducing a coma. As such, the rules are broken upon acceptance of the contract.
I'm sorry, but I'll need to consult my lawyer before proceeding...

I couldn't forgive myself for not knowing what has happened to me for thirty days.

I don't drink because I like to be in control of my mind, not retard it. Thirty days of no memory sounds horrible, an empty gap in an infinite mind.

Every thought in my mind stems from a thought before it, and from the things around me. That is who I am. From thirty days of no memory, who would I wake up to be? I don't think I'd be the same.

A million is only a thousand thousands. Not really that much.

Heckler and MD nailed it
