would you harvest an all white plant, so long as the trichomes looked right?

Most likely you are not identifying the trichrome color correctly, as it's rather uncommon to have white hairs with matured trichromes

What's the strain, lighting, medium, and days since you flipped to 12/12? That would help to give you some guidance.
