So, blood tainting as a concept, is racist or tribal or predudiced, however you see it. We are all of the same race. We are all in the same tiny gene pool, the last family of the race of man.

So, maybe not strictly racist, but dumbassery to think it has better blood than Irish and would not be appealing to find you are actually his uncle. It's as racist as anything. And you know in 1900s America, the Irish were slightly higher than blacks and somewhat lower than Italian, according to who you asked.

And Australia was a just penal colony, as much as we cared about it.

And there is no race of Jews, but Jew hating is racist. There is just not a better word for these bitter prejudices.
