Would you support a bill that required the consent of the father to obtain an abortion?

No, my question was posed to somebody who said that life begins "at birth". The point I was getting at was to question if something "about to be born" was alive or not.

I know it's hard for you to extrapolate information from context sometimes.

the point you were getting at was to imply the existence of something which does not.

just like that infamously raped and enslaved store owner who is forced to serve everyone.

nothing you say has any basis in reality, but that's been clear ever since you said 11 year olds can consent and "no negro" signs are polite and reasonable.

With almost a 3:1 advantage, apparently abortion is as good a team as the Golden State Warriors. YAY ABORTION!!!
I'd be more concerned with taking men out of woman's health issues, I don't read it as a vote for "abortion" at all.

If you're a man; just stfu about it and let women have or do whatever they need for their health...

They don't tell you how to look after your dick and balls, do they?

Your dick and balls are comparable to her vagina and tits, not a baby

These people view it as murdering an actual person

Men are NOT a part of women's health decisions, under the law. OP proposed changing that. Hasn't been changed and it's just a smokescreen for a forced-birther, anyway.

"These people"...

You mean you?

And it's not a "baby" until it reaches the point of viability.
No, I support a woman's right to choose;

Right, see how I agreed with you?

So murder is ok as long as it's the mother's choice?
No, murder is never OK

I don't believe an abortion is murder. It's a very serious decision a family chooses to make that I don't believe the government should be involved in. I don't believe it affects society at large in any significant way and I don't believe it perpetuates the idea that "murder is good" or righteous, or moral.

If you can get charged for murder for doing it, then it's murder. Regardless of who is responsible.

That's an interesting point, but I think those are two very different scenarios; one in which you choose and one in which the choice is made for you. I think that's a very important distinction. If you chose to give me your car, that's charity, if I stole it from you, that's criminal. I think the same kind of idea in regards to law works here. It has to be your choice to abort a pregnancy, otherwise, it is murder because the choice was taken from you without your consent.
