Seems like it @mr sunshine but it's supposed to be like powered alcohol or kool-aid. Not sure if you can mix kief in a glass of water and drink it.

Cannabinoids are not water soluble, as shown in the making of ice water hash. They are soluble in oils/fats like coconut oil and butter.

I suspect this stuff's major utility is for liquids, in that the water is evaporated while keeping the active chemical. By its nature, heretofore, the alcohol would evaporate along with the water, thus disappearing whereas THC doesn't.
